By downloading or using the ThermoTech app, you automatically agree to the following terms.
Please read them carefully before using the app. We offer this app for your personal use at no cost,
but note that you cannot share it with others, copy, modify any part of the app, or our trademarks.
You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code, translate the app into other languages,
or create derivative versions. All rights, including trademarks, copyright, database rights,
and other intellectual property rights related to the app, remain the property of GEMXIT PTY LTD.
GEMXIT PTY LTD is committed to ensuring the app's utility and efficiency. Consequently,
we reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason.
We will clearly communicate any charges before you incur them.
It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend against jailbreaking or rooting your phone,
as it may compromise security and functionality of the ThermoTech App.
Certain app functions, such as login and registration, require an active internet connection.
GEMXIT PTY LTD cannot take responsibility if the app does not function at full capacity without Wi-Fi or available data.
If you use the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, your terms of agreement with your mobile network provider still apply,
and you may incur charges for data usage.
GEMXIT PTY LTD cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. At times,
we may release updates, and it is your responsibility to download these updates to continue using the app.
We do not guarantee compatibility with all iOS/Android versions, but you must accept updates for continued use.
We reserve the right to stop providing the app and terminate its use without notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the app and,
if necessary, delete it from your device.
